Owner & Director
Dan Bolton is an artistic director and creative producer with over 21 years experience and an extensive global network in the live events, entertainment and performance industry.
Specializing in artist management and the conceptualization, creation and delivery of live performances, Dan’s career has taken him to the four corners of the globe haven taken leading roles in the successful delivery of projects such as the Inauguration of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the opening & closing ceremonies of the 2018 Jakarta Palembang Asian Games.
After a successful career as a performance artist, Dan moved to the Middle East over a decade ago and now leads a team of passionate professionals and heads the special projects division within the company.
Creating success for businesses and teams, is what inspires Dan Bolton’s HR Director. A true people professional, Georgina has over 10 years’ experience in a broad variety of People Capability roles, including leading HR Departments, within several regions, industries, and in companies ranging from start-up to a multi-national, public company. Georgina’s strengths include HR strategy and organizational development, designing fit for purpose policies and procedures, project management of HR initiatives, compliance and risk advisory, and workforce planning. Georgina has worked in the UAE for over seven years and within the media, production, and entertainment industry for over five years. Creating a great place to work with a young, vibrant company, Georgina is the person to speak to if you want to be a part of our amazing company.
Head of Artist Management
Ashley heads our talent management division and leads a team of professional bookers and entertainment professionals who support engaging entertainment experiences and productions worldwide. Working closely with distinguished clients, brands, partners and organizations across the world, Ashley ensures they have full creative and productive support from the Dan Bolton team, creating and producing some of the most innovative entertainment content for live events in The Middle East and beyond.
Central to this is his ability to call upon an extensive industry wide network in sourcing, contracting and managing the most professional talent from our roster of leading global performers and creatives. Living in the Middle East for over 13+ years gives Ashley the knowledge and understanding to collaborate with a range of cultures and nationalities.
Entertainment booker Ryan supports our entertainment team with the booking and management of a wide selection of local and international performance and creative talent for live events and productions across the GCC and beyond. As a DJ himself, Ryan has a technical background having worked and toured with a number of leading bands and artists in his relative short, yet successful career. With a passion for music, Ryan is the perfect asset to compliment and develop our ever-growing roster of talent
Artist Management Assistant
Entertainment Assistant, Abbie, has a background in the Travel and Tourism industry, where she enjoyed building rapport with clients. Abbie will be one of the first people you connect with at Dan Bolton as she ensures all talent are looked after, helps them build their portfolios and recommends future opportunities to them. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Travel, helping sight international talent.
“I am the accountant here at Dan Bolton. Born in India raised in Dubai and finished College in the New York. I have a Master’s in Corporate Finance and 5 years of corporate accounting/finance experience with 2 years in US and 3 here in the UAE across retail, distribution and Finance industries. Entertainment industry is a new phase in my career and the best way I can describe the industry is that it is “beautifully chaotic”. No two days are of the same routine, which is why it has been exciting journey so far. As an accountant my job includes book keeping, Payables, Receivables and Banking. Beyond Expenses and reporting, my biggest responsibility is to control the chaos through process, structure and strategic plans aiming at minimizing risk and maintaining required financial standards.”
Pamela has recently joined the team and manages the day to day behind the scenes business operations of the company. Pamela ensures that the office runs smoothly from making sure the team have all the correct tools to do their jobs successfully, to making sure there’s milk in the fridge. She also supports our various divisions with anything from booking their international talent travel, to managing our costume store, so that we’re ready to go with the next big creative idea.
